Mama Bears Bed and Biscuit has welcomed Phoenix-area pets since 2019, growing out of a home-based passion for animal care that began more than 20 years earlier. This small, family-owned facility set out to make every stay feel like a true home away from home for dogs, cats, and small pets alike.

The team believes daily socialization keeps pets happy and playful, so play time is included in every stay at no additional cost — a philosophy the owners feel is only fair to every guest. Experienced pet care specialists and a certified groomer round out a staff dedicated to individualized attention for each animal in their care.

The Grounds

A 2,000 square foot outdoor yard connects directly to the indoor play yard and lobby, giving pets plenty of room to romp and explore throughout their stay. Package deals are available for families boarding multiple pets, and dog and cat treats can be purchased on-site.
