The Dog Sanctuary WI

The Dog Sanctuary WI is a doggy daycare and pet spa located in the Sussex Industrial Park in Sussex, Wisconsin, serving families throughout Pewaukee, Brookfield, Hartland, and Menomonee Falls. The team believes every dog is unique and works to build a fun, relaxing environment tailored to each dog's individual needs and personality.

Known locally as "Play"Care, the daycare focuses on early socialization, welcoming dogs as young as 12 weeks old (with proper vaccinations) to help them build confidence and social skills. Before joining a playgroup, every dog completes a pre-daycare assessment so staff can match them with compatible groups based on size, age, temperament, and energy level.

Parents are asked to keep their dogs current on vaccinations, including Bordetella, Distemper, and Rabies, along with a negative fecal result, before their dog can attend. The Dog Sanctuary WI also asks that unaltered females stay home during their heat cycle and encourages a consistent attendance schedule to help dogs get the most out of their time in the playgroup.

Located near Quad Graphics and across from Subway on the east end of Main Street, the facility is easy to find for dog owners throughout the greater Sussex area.
