The Vincent location spans 110 acres of native grass fields, timber, and 7.5-acre tech ponds built for retriever and versatile hunting dog work, while the Chelsea property offers 47 acres of pond and old-stand timber ideal for obedience work and outdoor boarding.

Boarding guests stay in covered outdoor kennels with private boxes and are walked or worked at least twice daily, with the property's wooded trails and lake access adding room to roam beyond the kennel runs.
