I don't know if Hacketts is still in business, but we bought our cockapoo almost 8 years ago, and we couldn't have got a better pet anywhere. Molly has been our constant companion, traveling to Florida in the winter since her first year. We picked her from a litter of 6, and maybe she actually picked us, we're not sure, but it was a great match.

I bought my golden "Sandi" Cheyenne Remington Grove/ jolt Winchester grove there back in 12-2001 and she just passed at 13 years plus. What a dog and all that could have ever asked for, my best bud ever. If there is anyone out there with a relative pup please let me know.

We purchased our beagle/springer spaniel there about the same time as you did...Could they have been from the same litter? Would be nice to know and maybe share a picture or two if they are related. When we got our Libby she was the last of the litter. This past month our beloved Libby passed away just short of her birthday upcomming in June.
If you think it is possible then please reply here and we can then plan to trade pictures...

In 2002 we went to Hackett's and brought home a big fuzz ball . We named Zeek what a wonderful dog. In fall of last year at age 13 1/2 our good friend crossed the rainbow bridge and is sorely missed. I have been trying to find another Golden Saint they are hard if not impossible to come by. Every site I go to say Golden Saints might live to be 13 . We were blessed I wanted to thank Hackett's for the many years of companionship and joy Zeek gave all of us.

I purchased my dog a beagle/springer spaniel mix in 2001. She had recently passed away, a week away from being 13. We loved her dearly and we are looking to return back to find another loving pet from this location if still existent. Highly recommend this place!

We bought our fist dog who was a pure bred border collie with papers from Bonnie in 1996. He passed away at 13, a month shy of his 14th birthday. We currently have 2 border collie healers, one purchased in 2010 and the other in 2012. Both are perfectly healthy dogs. My sister also got both of her dogs at Hacketts. Her border collie mix just had her 13th birthday. Both dogs a very healthy and loved. All of our dogs that have come from Hacketts have been healthy and loving companions. Bonnie took very good care of her animals and was always very informative.

We purchased a Chihuahua Terrier Mix puppy and are pleased to tell you that he lived to be 16 yrs. old. Our dog brought joy to our lives and we miss him. If they still sell puppies, we definitely recommend this Kennel.

Purchased my German shepherd from them 10 years ago! He's a great dog. The place was clean, puppies were happy and not caged! Bonny took care of all our questions and was very knowledgable.

My family has purchased 3 dogs from Hackett's and it was the best experience we've had. Our first pup we got there was 13yrs. ago and he has since passed on. The owner is very nice, and we have been extremely pleased with our new "woodle" Bandit since we got him on St. Patty's day.
Would definitely recommend!!

My family and I bought our border collie/healer mix at Hackett's Kennell over 3 years ago. We love him to pieces and he is the best dog ever. No complaints! :)

We have never used them for boarding but purchased a basset puppy from them in 1997. Against my better judgment we took him home as we could tell the dogs were puppy mill dogs. But the story does have a happy ending. Though he did not look like a true purebred basset, he was an absolutely wonderful dog and we were lucky to have him for 14 years. He was healthy until a week before he died of lung cancer. I wouldn't buy from them again but I don't regret the wonderful dog that we were lucky to have for so long.

This is a puppy mill!!! Do not board your dog here or even consider buying a puppy here. Your dog will be kept in a big barn in a wooden cubicle and absolutely no socialization. Your dog will also get mange as mine did. What a horrible place for a dog. These people haved been cited by the state as a puppy mill. Be careful...do your homework and look them up. Terrrible place with people who just want to make money off of dogs.
